Hindustan Marble Udyhog

Hindustan Marble Udyhog is our place at B-1, Ajmer Rd. We are very close to the Gitajeli Tower in the Sodala area. Being near the tower makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming to see us. We have been here for quite a while now. The yard is full of marble slabs of all different sizes and colors. It’s a bit of a tight space sometimes, especially when we have a delivery coming in from the quarries. We have a small office where we keep our ledgers and take a break from the sun. The noise from Ajmer Road is constant, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We don't have a big sales team. It’s usually just me or one of the guys out front. We show people the different grains and patterns in the stone. Marble is a natural thing, so no two pieces are the same, and we like showing that variety to people. We don't do any fancy promotions. We just open up in the morning and close when the sun goes down. It is a humble business, but it has kept us going through the years. We know our regular customers and we always have time for a quick tea while looking at slabs. It’s just how we do things here in Sodala and we plan to stay.
