Up here on the eighth floor in Malviya Nagar, the view is actually okay if you look out the right window. We are in Flat 803 at Prim Perch, which is over in Mouji Colony. Jaipur gets really hot in the summer, so the air conditioner is usually running full blast in here. It's a bit of a trek up to the E 21 block, but the lift usually works fine. Most of the people coming in are from around Pradhan Marg. It’s a mix of different folks living in the colony. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. It's just a practical office space where we handle the banking stuff. I’ve been here for a bit now, and you get used to the rhythm of the place. We start early and stay until the work is finished. Sometimes there’s a lot of paperwork to go through, especially at the end of the month. We don't try to be anything we're not. It is a straightforward operation. You walk in, we talk about what you need, and we try to get it sorted. There isn't any fancy music playing or free coffee. Just us at our desks doing the day-to-day things. It works for the neighborhood. Being in a residential building means it stays relatively quiet, which is nice for concentrating on the numbers. We just keep our heads down and do the paperwork as it comes.
