Our place, Hari Vishnu Marbles And Minerals Manufacturing Private Limited, sits on Saraswati Marg in Bajaj Nagar. It is a decent spot in Jaipur and we have been here at B-103 for quite a while. We do both marbles and minerals, so there is always something different going on at the facility. Manufacturing these things takes a lot of machines and a lot of patience. It’s noisy and there’s usually a bit of a mess from the processing, but that is just how a factory works. We don't have a flashy showroom because we spend most of our time in the back where the actual work happens. The neighborhood around Bajaj Nagar is pretty familiar to us and we like being part of the local scene here. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough hours in the day to get through all the minerals we need to process. We just take it one load at a time. The staff here has been around for a bit and everyone knows their job. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk or trying to look bigger than we are. It is just us, the stones, and the machines. Sometimes the weather in Rajasthan makes the work tough, especially in the peak of summer, but we keep the gates open and keep working through it.
