Hans Properties

Hans Properties is our little real estate office located over in Mansarovar on Madhya Marg. We’ve been working out of this spot at 43 25 04 for a long time now, mostly helping folks find a place to stay or a shop to start their own business. It is usually just a few of us in the office, sitting surrounded by maps and old property records. The phone rings a lot, and it’s usually someone asking about a flat or a piece of land they saw. We spend a good part of our day out on the road, showing people around the neighborhood even when the weather isn’t that great. We don’t really do any of that fancy corporate marketing you see these days. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve heard our name from a friend or they just saw our sign while walking down the street. Madhya Marg is a pretty lively area, so there is always something to look at while we’re drinking our afternoon tea. Some days are very quiet and we just sit and talk about the news, while other days are so busy we barely have time to lock up. We know this part of the city inside and out, so we can tell you exactly which corners are good and which ones to avoid. It’s just a regular, honest business we’ve built over the years.
