Gupta Marble & Granites

If you are driving along the Ajmer Main Road, you will find us right at Tagore Nagar Mod. The address is No. A-287. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re looking for stone. Gupta Marble & Granites is where we spend our whole day. We have been here for a good while, and most of the people who live around Tagore Nagar know we are the ones with the big stacks of marble outside. It gets pretty loud with the traffic on the main road, but you get used to it after a few years. We sell both marble and granite, mostly for homes and small shops. My hands are usually pretty rough from moving samples around. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the shop and the sign out front. Some days it is just me here, and other days I have help to load the trucks. The sun hits the front of the shop in the afternoon, making it quite hot inside. We keep a few chairs for people to sit while they decide on a color. There are so many variations in the stone that it takes people a long time to choose sometimes. We don't mind. It's better to pick what you actually like. We just keep our heads down and keep the business running as best we can. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We just try to stay honest and fair with everyone.
