We’ve set up our workspace here because it’s where we feel most comfortable. It’s not some big, polished office in a business park. It’s just a regular building in a residential neighborhood. We spend our days sorting through whatever comes our way. Sometimes it’s a lot of paperwork, other times it’s just talking to people who live nearby. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big team of experts. It’s just us, working with what we’ve got. Lal Singh Nagar has its own pace of life, and we try to stick to that. We don’t use any corporate jargon or make big claims about what we’re doing. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be honest about it. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk over tea. Other days are a bit of a rush to get things finished. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us by name. It feels like a community effort more than anything else.
