Working out of Akhtiyarpur in Samastipur is quite a different experience compared to the big city depots. We are set up here near Anil Ku Jha’s place, and it’s a lot of manual labor every single day. The sun gets pretty hot out here in Bihar, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done before the afternoon heat really kicks in. You’ll mostly see us covered in that fine white powder that seems to get into every corner of the shed. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone in suits telling us what to do. It’s just us and the local guys who need to finish their flooring or fix a gate. The roads around the village can be a bit tricky when it’s muddy, so getting the supply in and out takes some patience. We mostly just focus on the inventory and making sure the bags don’t tear. Sometimes we sit out front and watch the traffic go by while waiting for the next customer. It’s a quiet life but busy in its own way. Everyone knows everyone here, so we have to be straight with people about what we have in stock. If the truck is late, we just tell them it’s late. No use making up stories. It’s a practical job for practical people who are just trying to build something that lasts for their families without spending a fortune on things they don't need.
