Granito Marbles

We’ve been here at 14 Gopalpura Byepass for quite a while now. Most people know the Durgapura Gyatri Nagar area, and we are right near Maharani Farm. It’s a busy spot, but we like it here. We deal with marbles mostly. People come in looking for different slabs for their floors or kitchens. It gets dusty sometimes because of the cutting and moving stuff around, but that is just part of the job. My brother and I usually handle the customers ourselves. We don't have a big fancy showroom with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s more of a yard where you can see the actual stone. Sometimes the pieces have natural marks or different shades, so we tell folks to look closely before picking. We keep a stock of different sizes. If someone needs something specific, we try to see if it’s available in the back. The traffic on the bypass can be a bit much in the evenings, so we usually suggest coming early if you want to look at things properly. We just try to get the orders loaded onto the trucks without too much delay. It’s hard work, lifting all those heavy slabs, but it keeps us busy. We don't do much advertising; mostly it’s just people walking in or neighbors telling others where we are located. The yard isn't always perfectly clean, but it's where we spend our days.
