Our place is at 10 773 in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. It’s a pretty standard street where you wouldn't expect a big management firm, which is just how we like it. Global Facility Mgt Ltd is run from this building. It’s a mix of an office and a storage space for some of the equipment we use. We spend our days managing properties and making sure everything from the plumbing to the electricity is working. It’s a lot of phone calls and coordinating with different workers across the city. The office itself is quite plain. We have some metal chairs and a couple of large desks where we keep all the keys and contracts. Jaipur gets very dusty, so we are always cleaning the surfaces. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand employees. We are just a local team that knows how to fix things and keep buildings running. The staff usually comes in early to grab their assignments before heading out to different parts of Malviya Nagar or further into Jaipur. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just take care of the facilities so the owners don't have to worry about them. It’s a straightforward business and we’ve been at this address for a long time now. We know every corner of these buildings we manage.
