We’ve been working out of this spot for some time now. The building is a regular house that we’ve converted for our business needs. It’s got a bit of a homey feel, which we actually prefer over a cold office building in the center of the city. We spend our days managing pharmaceutical orders and talking to our partners about stock levels. Jaipur can be very busy, but our little corner in Anand Vihar is relatively peaceful most of the time. We don't have any polished marketing slogans or a fancy sales team. We just answer the door when people come by and answer the phone when it rings. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks during our calls, but that’s just life in a real neighborhood. We focus on getting the medicines where they need to go without making a big fuss about it. The paperwork can be a bit much sometimes, especially with all the regulations we have to follow, but we just take it one page at a time. We don't have a big board of directors; we just have a few people who care about doing a good job. We eat our lunch together most days and talk about regular things like family or the weather. It’s a simple operation, and we like keeping it that way. We just do our best to stay organized and keep the business running smoothly every day.
