Genpact

We are located in Apartment 305 at Akshat Enclave in Bani Park, Jaipur 302016. It’s a bit of a different setup for Genpact because it’s inside a residential-style enclave. Bani Park is a nice, older part of Jaipur with lots of trees and quiet streets. Being in an apartment means it feels a bit more like a home than a cold, corporate office building. We have a small kitchen area and the rooms are used as our work spaces. It’s cozy, and maybe a bit too cozy when the whole team is in at once. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and we’ve got some files and boxes stacked up in the corners. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood outside, like the birds or someone’s car starting up in the driveway. It’s a good area to be in. We don’t have a big reception desk with a phone that never stops ringing. It’s mostly just us on our laptops getting things done. We usually take turns making tea for everyone in the afternoon. It’s not a place where you wear a suit and tie. We dress comfortably because that’s just the vibe of Akshat Enclave. If you didn’t see the small sign on the door, you might even miss us. We like the quiet here. It lets us get our work done without the rush of the city.
