Genpact

Our office is located at 108 Shriniwas on Vivekanand Marg, right in the C-Scheme area of Jaipur. It’s a decent part of the city to be in. Genpact is what’s on the paperwork, but to us, it’s just the place where we spend our nine-to-five. The building is sturdy and has been here for quite a few years. C-Scheme is usually busy, so there’s always a bit of a hum from the traffic outside our windows. Inside, though, we keep it pretty calm. We have our desks, some old files stacked up, and a few plants that we try to keep alive. It’s not a high-tech showroom or anything like that. It’s just a regular office where we get things done. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work is finished on time. Jaipur is a beautiful city, and being on Vivekanand Marg puts us in the middle of everything. We often walk out for a quick bite or some tea during the day. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know each other's quirks. We don't do those big motivational meetings you hear about in bigger cities. We just sit down, check the list, and start working. It’s a simple arrangement that works for everyone. We’re just a local team doing our part in this part of Jaipur. It is a good place to work.
