Genpact

Our Jaipur location is at 3968 Rasta M S B, and being in the heart of the city means we’re surrounded by a lot of history and a lot of daily commotion. It’s not like those modern office parks on the outskirts. This Genpact spot is right in the thick of it. The building at 3968 is an older structure, so it has high ceilings and thick walls that keep it surprisingly cool, even when the Rajasthan sun is beating down outside. The street, or "rasta" as we call it, is always full of movement—bikes, pedestrians, and the occasional cow wandering by. Inside, our workspace is quite simple. We have our desks lined up, and the walls are mostly bare except for some necessary charts. We don't use a lot of fancy language when we talk to each other. It’s all very practical. We come in, we do the tasks that are assigned to us, and we try to stay out of the way of the heavier traffic when we leave in the evening. There’s a tea shop just a few steps away that makes the best masala chai, which is pretty much the fuel for this office. It’s a very human environment. We know each other's families and the little problems everyone is dealing with. We aren't a polished corporate machine; we’re just people working in a very old, very busy city. It’s just our daily life here.
