Gauri Shankar Puranmal Jangid Memorial Foundation

We are based over in Metal Colony, which is a part of Jaipur that most people know if they’ve lived here a while. The Gauri Shankar Puranmal Jangid Memorial Foundation is run out of Plot no. C-20-A. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, but it’s named after family, so it matters to us. My family has been in Rajasthan for a long time, and we wanted to do something that stays close to our roots. Jaipur is growing fast, but our little corner in the colony stays pretty much the same. We spend most of our days dealing with the usual stuff, keeping the records straight and talking to people who drop by. It’s not some corporate setup with glass walls. It’s just an office in a residential area. Sometimes the internet goes out or the traffic on the main road makes it hard to hear, but we manage. We’ve been here at 302039 for a while now. It feels right to be doing this work in the same place we live. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just focusing on what we can do from this specific plot. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need anything. We don’t do much advertising. Most people just hear about us through word of mouth. It's a slow way to work but it's honest. We keep our doors open and try to be helpful when we can. It's just us and some basic desks really. It keeps us busy enough.
