Our office is in Ganpati Plaza, Shop 137 on the first floor. This spot is right on M I Road, so there is always a crowd outside. Car rentals are what we handle mostly. Most of the day goes by dealing with keys, logbooks, and making sure the vehicles are in the right place. Even up on the first floor, you can hear the noise from the busy street below. Since the shop isn't very large, managing the bookings requires some organization. Paperwork takes up a lot of time because of all the insurance and rental agreements we have to sign. It’s a bit of a hassle, but we can't really skip it. Unlike the big international chains, we just have our small fleet and focus on keeping them running well. If a car comes back with a scratch, we have to deal with it immediately. There is constant movement around here. People come in looking for a ride for a day or maybe a full week. After checking the IDs, we just hand over the keys and they’re off. We’ve been at Ganpati Plaza for a long time, so we know the other shop owners on this floor. This community feels like home. Our main focus is just keeping those cars on the road and ensuring the forms are filled out correctly. From morning until the plaza closes, that is our routine.
