You can find our office at Plot No. 4 in Ganesh Vihar Phase 3. We are located right along the 14 No. V. K. I. Loha Mandi Road. This area is always full of activity because of all the industrial work going on nearby. We spend our days looking through folders and talking to different people about their work history. It is definitely not a glamorous place to work. There are usually stacks of papers on the desks and the phone rings pretty often throughout the morning. We just try to help folks figure out where they might be able to work next. Sometimes we find a match quickly, and other times it takes a lot longer than anyone wants. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. We just look at what is available and tell people the truth about it. The Loha Mandi Road area is always noisy with trucks and people moving around. We have been here at Ganesh Vihar for a while and we like the spot. People come in with their resumes and we just have a normal chat with them. It is all very simple. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy things for us. It is just a few of us in here trying to keep things moving along. Some days it is very quiet, and other days we can barely keep up with the people coming in. We just take it as it comes.
