We operate out of Vijay Nagar at SP 1. It’s a busy spot, which is good for a logistics company I guess. There’s always trucks moving around and people loading things. It can get pretty chaotic in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their deliveries out. We spend a lot of time on the phone tracking shipments and talking to drivers who are stuck in traffic. That’s just how it goes in this business. We started this because we saw how much stuff needs to move from one place to another. It’s not glamorous work, mostly just moving boxes and making sure they get to where they’re supposed to go. Our office is right there in the middle of it all, so it’s never quiet. We have a small team here who knows the routes pretty well. Sometimes things get lost or delayed, and then we have to spend the whole day fixing it. It’s a lot of pressure but we’re used to it. We don’t use any fancy systems, just some basic tracking and a lot of memory. Vijay Nagar is a decent place to be based, everything is close by. We just try to keep things moving. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking manifests. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea while looking at a map. That’s pretty much our daily routine here. We just want to get the job done right.
