Free Lancing

You can find us over at C 28 Piyush Path in Bapu Nagar, Jaipur. It’s a pretty decent part of town to work in. Free Lancing is the name we went with, and it’s just stuck over the years. We’re not a huge firm with a board of directors or anything like that. It’s just a local office in a house where we get things done. The rooms are a bit small, but they fit our desks just fine. Jaipur gets really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working. We don't have a lot of rules here. We just show up and start on the tasks we have for the day. It could be anything, really. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Most of the people who come to us are locals or people we’ve known for years. It’s a very grounded way of working. There’s no talk of synergy or growth targets here. We just want to finish the work so we can go home and relax. Sometimes we have a snack from the vendor down the street. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We’ve been in Bapu Nagar for a while and we like the neighborhood. It’s practical and it works for what we need. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
