Our office is located right near the Jagat Pura Flyover in Jaipur. It’s a spot that’s very easy to describe to people because almost everyone in town knows where the flyover is. We call ourselves Facilitators India because that’s basically what we do every day. We help make things happen for people who are stuck. Whether it’s helping with piles of paperwork or getting different groups of people to actually talk to each other, we sit right in the middle of it. Jaipur is a busy city and things can often get stuck in the system for no reason, so we try to move them along as best as we can. The office has a lot of files and folders sitting around. It’s not the most organized looking place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is when we need it. The noise from the traffic on the flyover is just something we’ve gotten used to over the years. We aren't some big agency with a flashy website and a lot of empty promises. We are just local folks who know how things work around here. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around for a bit, but we keep going. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just seeing our sign when they drive past Jagat Pura. It’s a simple business. We help out, we get paid, and we go home.
