Excel Consultants

Our place is over on Ganesh Marg, right in Bapu Nagar. If you know Jaipur, you know this part of town gets pretty busy. We are at B 22. It’s an old building, but it works for what we need. We do consulting work, which mostly means we sit around a lot of paper and computers all day. The windows look out onto the street, so we see everyone walking by to the shops. It’s a local spot. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just wear regular clothes and try to stay cool when the Jaipur sun hits the building in the afternoon. The office gets a bit cramped when more than three people visit at once, but we make it work. There’s always a stack of folders that needs sorting and someone is usually on the phone explaining something. We’ve got a small tea kettle in the back that gets a lot of use. People come in from the neighborhood or from further out in the city. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lights outside. Just a small board so people know they’ve found the right door. It’s a bit messy sometimes, honestly, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve been here in Bapu Nagar for a while and we like the vibe of the street. It feels like home more than an office most days. We just keep our heads down and get the consulting done.
