Tilak Nagar is where we are, specifically on Shanti Path at A 58. It’s a pretty standard setup here. We opened this place because we noticed a lot of people in the area were asking for someone to help them with their English. It’s not just students, sometimes it’s adults who need it for work. The building is easy to find if you know Shanti Path. We keep the place simple. There are a few tables and some chairs where we sit and go over lessons. It’s mostly about practice. We don’t use any high-tech stuff, just regular paper and pens. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the street life, but it’s a good location for most people to reach. We’ve had all sorts of people come through those doors over the months. Some stay for a long time, others just need a few weeks to get ready for something specific. I usually handle the scheduling myself on a notepad. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we get to work. Most days we are busy from the afternoon until late evening. It feels good to see someone finally get a tricky bit of grammar right. That’s why we’re here in Tilak Nagar. We just keep things moving and try to be useful to the folks who live around here. No big frills, just regular lessons.
