Endocrine Welfare Foundation

Our office is located at 1, Madrampura, right off Ajmer Road here in Jaipur. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you’re driving along the main road. Endocrine Welfare Foundation has been working out of this building for some time now. We aren’t a massive operation with a big lobby or security guards standing at the door. It’s just a regular door and some modest office space inside. We spend our days mostly handling communications and keeping our records straight. Jaipur is a fast-growing city, but Madrampura feels like its own little corner. We have a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. We don’t go for those big mission statements or corporate slogans. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Usually, there’s a lot of tea involved during the day to keep us going, especially in the winter months. The traffic on Ajmer Road can be a real headache sometimes, but being so central makes it easier for people to get to us when they need to. We’re just trying to run the foundation the best way we know how. It involves a lot of phone calls and a fair bit of paperwork, which isn't always fun but has to be done. We like being based in Rajasthan. It’s home for most of us. We keep the office simple and focus on what’s actually happening in front of us. It’s a lot of mundane tasks, but they add up to something.
