Ehsaas Social Development Organization

We are located at 9-A in the Shrirampura Colony. If you know where the Chief Minister’s residence is in Civil Lines, we are right across from there. It is a pretty quiet area compared to the rest of Jaipur, which is nice when you’re trying to focus. Our office is just a regular building, nothing that stands out too much. We’ve been here at Ehsaas Social Development Organization for some time. Inside, it’s mostly just us working at our desks. There’s a big window that lets in some light, but it also lets in the heat in the summer months. We have a small table where we keep the kettle for tea. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when everyone is catching up on emails and phone calls. By the afternoon, things slow down a little bit. We don't really have a formal way of doing things. We just talk to each other across the room and figure out what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all complain about it, but eventually, it starts working again. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We like being in this part of the city because it’s easy for people to find us. We just keep our heads down and do the work without any big slogans. It is a simple place for a simple team.
