Economic Traders

Economic Traders has been sitting here at number 19 on Jhotwara Road in Nahari Ka Naka for a long time now. It’s a pretty busy part of town and we fit right into the middle of all that noise. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big glass front. It’s just a regular shop where we do our trading day in and day out. Most of the time, the place is full of boxes and the phone won't stop ringing. We just handle things as they come. If someone needs something specific, we look through our stock and see what we can find. The building is old and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders go out and the supplies come in. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so bad it’s hard to unload the trucks, but we manage. We’ve known our neighbors for years and we all look out for each other. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We open up early and usually stay late until the work is finished. There’s always a lot of dust because of the road, but that’s just life at Nahari Ka Naka. We keep our paperwork in physical files mostly because that’s how we started and it’s hard to change now. It’s a simple operation and we like it.
