Earthallica Inc. is located at No. 117/44 in Agrawal Farm, Mansarovar. We’ve been in this part of Mansarovar for a good while now. It’s a fairly quiet street, which is nice for when we need to focus. Our office is a simple one-room setup for the most part, with a small back area for storage. We deal with various products, and the name Earthallica kind of reflects our interest in natural materials. We spend a lot of our time talking to suppliers and checking on orders. The office isn't very large, so things can get a bit cluttered with samples and boxes. We have a few plants near the window to brighten things up, but they don't always get enough water when we are busy. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who enjoy what we do. We like the local vibe of Agrawal Farm. There are some good food spots nearby where we often grab lunch. We don’t have a fancy website or a huge advertising budget. Most of our work comes through word of mouth or people just stopping by. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it keeps us going. We don’t feel the need to be flashy. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea, which is pretty much the fuel for this place. The floor is tiled and easy to sweep, which is good because we get a lot of foot traffic. We don't have a dedicated HR department. We just talk it out.
