Down here in Jaipur, we have our office for Consultancy Engineering Services India Pvt Ltd on Sirsi Road. Specifically, we are in Ward No 2, Adhi Nath Nagar. It is a bit away from the main city center, which means we do not have to deal with the heaviest traffic every single day. The 302012 area has grown quite a lot since we first set up shop. We deal with engineering stuff, mostly looking over plans and making sure the technical side of things makes sense. It is a lot of looking at blueprints and checking regulations. We are a small group of people who actually enjoy the details that others might find boring. The office is pretty basic. We have got our drawing boards and a couple of computers that get a workout. Sometimes we spend more time out at sites than we do in the office, but Adhi Nath Nagar is where we come back to do the paperwork. Rajasthan has its own way of doing things, and we have adjusted to the heat and the pace over the years. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. People mostly hear about us from someone else they know. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure we don't miss any of the small things that could cause problems later on. We usually eat lunch together at a small table near the window.
