We’re based over in Behror, right in Ward Number 15 of Sharma Colony. It’s a regular neighborhood in Alwar, and our office is just a part of the local scenery. Dustek Consultancy Private Limited isn’t some high-rise business. We work out of a modest building that fits right in with the houses around us. Most people in the colony know the Sharma family name. We’ve got our office set up so we can focus on consultancy without too many distractions. It can get pretty busy during the day with people coming and going. Behror is a growing area, and being in Alwar puts us in a good spot between bigger cities. Our workspace is functional and a bit cramped with all the paperwork we keep, but we know where everything is. We don’t spend much on decorations or fancy furniture. We’d rather just do the work. The fans hum all day to keep the heat off, and there’s usually some tea being made in the back. It’s a very local feel here. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. When we started this consultancy, we didn’t want to be in some cold, sterile office park. This place in Sharma Colony feels much more like home. We just show up every morning and get through the tasks on our list. It’s a practical life.
