Dreamax Marble Centre

You can find us at No. 8-B-1, Jamdoli, right on Ajmer Road. We’re pretty easy to spot because we’re near the Shiv Mandir and right opposite the Heera Pura School. Being on the main road means we get a lot of people just pulling over because they saw a piece of marble that caught their eye from their car window as they were passing by. Dreamax Marble Centre is a big open space because those heavy stone slabs take up a lot of room and you need space to move them around. The sun can be really intense out here, so we spend a lot of time under the tin shades trying to stay cool. We have a lot of different stones, some with swirls and some plain, stacked up in rows. It’s a lot of work to keep the place organized because things are always coming and going on the trucks. The staff here are mostly local guys who know how to handle the heavy stuff without getting hurt or breaking the slabs. We have a small office where we keep the bills and a few chairs for when customers want to sit down and negotiate prices. The sound of the school bells across the road tells us when it’s time for lunch or time to head home for the evening. We don’t do any fancy advertising; we just rely on people seeing our stock as they drive toward the city. It’s a dusty, hot job, but we like being outside and seeing the patterns in the stone.
