Dr Pc Jain Advocate operates from an office on Station Road. It is exactly what you would expect from a location near the train station. There is always a lot of movement outside and the sound of the town is constantly there in the background. Inside the office, things are a bit more focused. We have shelves full of law books and tall stacks of files that seem to never get smaller. The furniture is the kind that lasts for decades, heavy wood and sturdy chairs. We spend a lot of time reading through documents and writing out notes. It is a busy place because being an advocate means there is always a deadline or a court date to think about. People come in and out all day long, sitting in the waiting area and looking a bit anxious sometimes. We just try to get through the work as it comes. The lighting is a bit old-fashioned and the fan hums on the ceiling during the hotter months. Station Road is a convenient place to be because everyone knows where it is, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare. We don't have a big corporate team, just the few of us who know where everything is kept. It is a bit cramped with all the paper, but we know our way around the mess. It is just a normal, hardworking office in a busy part of town.
