Dr Arvind Sharma’s clinic is in B-1 of the Pink City Tower over in Jhotwara. If you know the tower, it’s a fairly busy building with a lot of different offices. Our space is pretty simple. We have a small waiting area with a few chairs and some old magazines on a table. The walls are painted a neutral color, and we try to keep it as clean and quiet as possible, though the street noise from Jhotwara often drifts in. Most of the day is spent seeing people who come in with various concerns. It’s a routine that we’ve followed for a long time. We don’t have a big staff, just enough to keep things moving and handle the appointments. There’s a desk for files and a separate room for consultations. It isn't a high-tech hospital or anything like that, just a local clinic where we do our work. Sometimes we run a bit behind schedule when a case takes longer than expected. That’s just how it goes with this kind of work. We aren't trying to be fancy. The focus is just on the people who walk through the door and whatever they need help with. It’s a basic setup that works for us and the people in this part of the city. The elevator in the tower is a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs if we're in a hurry to get some lunch. It's just part of the daily grind.
