Dog Clinic

We are over at Jharkhand Apartment, which is right at the Jharkhand Mod in Khatipura, Jaipur. The Dog Clinic is basically a local fixture in this part of the city. If you are coming down the main road, you just look for the turn, or the 'mod', and that’s where we are. Khatipura is a growing area, and being in the B 13 section of the apartment complex means we are easy to find for anyone living nearby. It’s a ground-floor setup, which is good for the bigger dogs. The apartment residents are used to hearing the occasional bark coming from our direction. Jaipur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we spent a bit of effort making sure the clinic stays cool enough for the animals. It’s not a corporate office; it’s just a clinic. We have some posters on the wall about flea treatments and that’s about it for decor. The floor is tiled so we can wash it down easily. We spend our days talking to owners from Jharkhand Mod and helping their dogs with whatever is wrong. It can be a bit hectic when the street outside is busy, but inside we try to keep things moving steadily. We are just a small team doing what we can in a practical, no-nonsense way for the pets of Jaipur. The Jharkhand Mod intersection is always a bit chaotic but once you get inside it is okay.
