Dhayas Foundation

Dhayas Foundation is located right on Shipra Path in Mansarovar. It’s house number 140/16, a place that’s become quite familiar to us over the years. Mansarovar is a huge area, but Shipra Path is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Our space is pretty basic. We’ve got some old furniture and a few computers that have seen better days. It doesn't really matter though, as long as we can get our work done. We started this because we felt like there was a gap that needed filling in our community. Most of our afternoons are spent drinking tea and figuring out how to tackle the next set of challenges. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing; everyone just chips in where they can. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and files, but that’s just a sign that we’re staying busy. Being in Jaipur, specifically in a place like Mansarovar, means we see a lot of different people coming through. We like the energy of the neighborhood. It keeps us grounded. We don't have any big slogans or grand promises. We just show up to 140/16 every morning and see what the day brings. It’s a simple way of living and working, but it seems to suit us just fine. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not, just a local foundation doing its best.
