Our office is located at S 9 in New Colony, right on the busy M I Road. It’s a small space, mostly filled with books on ancient architecture and stacks of floor plans that people bring in. I’ve been working as a Vaastu consultant for years now, mostly helping people figure out why their homes don’t feel right or why their business isn't picking up. It’s not magic; it’s just about how the space is laid out. I spend a lot of time sketching out changes on tracing paper and explaining where things should go. The M I Road area is always humming with activity, but inside the office, we try to keep things calm. Sometimes the traffic noise gets a bit much, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. I don’t have a flashy website or a big staff. It’s usually just me and a helper who handles the appointments. We drink a lot of tea while we look over maps of houses and offices. People from all over the city find their way to New Colony to see us. I like the challenge of a difficult layout. It makes me think. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk here. We just tell you what we see and what might help. It’s a simple way of working, and it’s served us well in this little corner of the city. We keep our hours flexible because life happens, and sometimes people can only come by late at night. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit, but it still works.
