Development Consultancy Services is located over at Mansarovar. To be more specific, we are at 71/42 on Madhyam Marg in the Agarwal Farm area. It's a pretty busy part of the city. We have been around this neighborhood for quite a while now. Most of us who work here live nearby too. It makes the commute a lot easier than having to travel across town every morning. We do consultancy work for various clients who stop by. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with desks and some old files. Sometimes the street gets noisy with all the traffic passing through Madhyam Marg. We just close the windows and get on with it. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group trying to help out with development projects as they come in. There is a lot of paper shuffling and phone calls involved in what we do. It’s practical work. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. If someone needs to find us, they usually just ask for the Agarwal Farm area. We've seen a lot of changes in this part of town over the years. Buildings going up and new shops opening. Through it all, we have stayed right here at 71/42. It’s a good spot for us. We keep things moving and try to stay organized as much as we can. It’s just how we run things every day.
