Based in Jaipur, our consultancy has been operating for a good while now. The work we do is pretty straightforward and doesn't involve any mystery. Most of our hours are spent talking to people and helping them sort through their various issues. We decided against having a huge, flashy office in one of those new glass buildings. Our setup is modest, which allows us to sit down and actually focus on what needs doing. Jaipur can be quite loud and hectic, but inside our walls, we try to keep things quiet. Dealing with paperwork and giving advice is the core of our day. Sitting at desks and looking through files might seem boring to some, but it keeps us busy. You won't see us wearing fancy suits every day unless there’s a really important meeting scheduled. A relaxed environment usually works better for the kind of thinking we have to do. New problems pop up all the time, which keeps us on our toes. Plain English is what we use with anyone who walks through the door, rather than complicated jargon. Getting things sorted out in a practical way is really the goal here. Some days go by slowly, while others are incredibly rushed. That’s just how it is when you’re consulting in a city as big as this one. After building a routine over the years, we just focus on helping clients one at a time. It’s what we know best.
