Delmas Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is over in the Mansarovar area of Jaipur. Specifically, we are at F-255-ARIICO. Being in an industrial area like RIICO means there is always something going on around us. There are trucks moving and people working in the nearby units all day long. Our building isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do right now. We handle pharmaceutical supplies and distribution from this spot. The roads in Mansarovar can be a bit bumpy and dusty, but it’s a good location for getting things in and out of the city quickly. We don't have a fancy lobby or any air-conditioned waiting room. When you walk in, you’re basically in the middle of the workspace with the rest of us. We like it that way because we can see everything that’s happening and talk to each other easily. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the computer for inventory updates. We don't use a lot of complicated words when we talk to our clients; we just tell them what we have in stock and when it can be sent out. It’s a practical way to work. Sometimes the tea guy is late, and that’s the biggest crisis of the morning for the staff. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not about being the biggest company in Jaipur, it’s just about being reliable for the people who buy from us. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay put.
