This place is a bit of a trek to describe, but we are located at 4 Vaishali Nagar in the Mohan Nagar area of Bhishnawala. It’s right on Sirsi Road, and the best way to find us is to look for the Annapurna Dharamkanta across the street in Panchyawala. My name is Deepak Singh, and I’ve been working out of this location for several years. It’s a bit of a dusty spot because of all the trucks passing by the dharamkanta, but it’s a good, honest place to work. The office is basically just a room where I keep all my tools and documents. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear casual clothes and talk like normal people here. The neighbors are friendly, and we all kind of look out for each other. Sirsi Road is always moving, so there is never a dull moment. I started this because I wanted to be independent and have a space of my own. It took a while to get it set up the way I wanted, and even now, there’s always something that needs fixing or painting. It’s a very local operation. People from around Bhishnawala and Panchyawala know where to find me if they need help with something. I don’t use any fancy systems, just a pen, paper, and a phone. It’s simple, it’s a bit rough around the edges, but it’s how I prefer to do business without all the unnecessary stress that comes with a big company. It works for me.
