The office is tucked away at B-45 Bapu Nagar on Ganesh Marg. It’s a quiet enough area most days, except for when the local market gets busy. At Coverwell Medicure ID Co, we handle a lot of different things related to identification cards and medical supplies. When you walk in, you’ll probably see boxes stacked up near the entrance. We try to keep things organized, but when a big shipment comes in, it gets a bit crowded. There are four or five of us usually working in the main room. We’ve got these machines for printing and laminating that make a constant humming sound all afternoon. It becomes like background music after a while. Sometimes the ink gets on our fingers and it's hard to scrub off. We have a small table in the back where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. Ganesh Marg is a nice street; there are some good trees that give shade in the summer. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a regular building where we do our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time checking names and numbers on lists to make sure everything matches up. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied from morning until we lock up in the evening. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share around four o'clock. We don't have many visitors, so it's mostly just us working through our pile of cards and orders.
