Consultent Traniee

Our place, Consultent Traniee, is over in Pratap Nagar, right on Sikar Road in Jaipur. It’s a pretty easy location to find if you’re coming from the main part of the city. We are based at A46. It’s a residential-style building that we use for our work as consultants and for training people who are just starting out. Jaipur is growing fast, and there are always new people looking to learn how the industry works. We spend a lot of our time going through manuals and explaining how things are supposed to be done. It’s not always exciting, but it’s necessary if you want to get things right. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and books, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the traffic on Sikar Road makes it hard for people to get here on time, so we just start whenever everyone arrives. We aren't a big corporation. It's more like a small group of people trying to get some experience. I’ve been in Murlipura for a while now and I like the vibe of this neighborhood. There are good tea stalls nearby where we take our breaks and talk about the morning's work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you knock on the door, one of us will just come and let you in. We try to keep it down-to-earth because that’s how we prefer to work. It’s about learning and doing the job as best as we can manage with what we have. It’s a slow process but we enjoy it.
