Our office is located on the ground floor at Plot Number 1 in Kasturba Nagar. It’s a pretty quiet street in Jaipur, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on consulting work. Clambake Consulting is a small operation, just one person really, since it's an OPC. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop off documents without climbing a bunch of stairs. We’ve set up the space with the basics—chairs, a few desks, and some filing cabinets. It’s not a fancy setup, but it serves the purpose. Jaipur is a big city, but Kasturba Nagar feels a bit more like a neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are mostly used to us by now. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because of the plot numbers, but we sorted it out. We spend the day helping clients with their business problems. There’s no big sign or flashing lights outside. If you’re looking for us, you just look for the ground floor unit at the start of the block. The room can get a bit dusty if we leave the windows open too long, but that’s just how it is here. We like the independence of running things this way. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in Rajasthan. Nothing more, nothing less.
