Cilantro Spice And Food Ingredients Private Limited is based out in Jhalawar, right on the Bhopal Road. We share a space with Patel Seeds Ind at Khasra Number 279/14 in Kalyanpura. Being located near the highway is actually really helpful for us because we deal with a lot of spices and ingredients that need to be transported. It can get pretty dusty and loud with the trucks passing by on NH-52, but you get used to it after a while. We started this business because this region is known for its agriculture and we wanted to be part of the spice trade. We handle everything from raw ingredients to more finished products. It’s a lot of manual work, moving bags around and making sure everything is stored properly so it doesn't lose its flavor. We aren't a big city office with air conditioning everywhere; it’s a practical workspace where we get our hands dirty. The team is small, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it's checking the stock or talking to the farmers. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to provide good ingredients and keep the business running smoothly. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but for the work we do, the location on the road to Bhopal is just right. We are just regular folks working with spices.
