Chokhi Dhani Foods (A Unit Of Choki Dhani Resort)

If you find yourself in Shyam Nagar, you’ll see the Chokhi Dhani Tower pretty easily at S-8. That’s where we spend most of our time. We are technically a unit of the resort, but here at Chokhi Dhani Foods, the atmosphere is a bit more about the day-to-day office work than the tourism side. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always someone coming or going through the main entrance. Inside our space, it’s mostly just desks and people talking about logistics and food supplies. We have some photos on the walls of the resort, which is a nice reminder of where the roots are, but the work here is very practical. We deal with a lot of numbers and schedules. The street outside can get quite crowded, especially during the peak hours, so we usually try to get our deliveries moved early in the morning. We don’t have a fancy reception area with someone in a suit; it’s more likely you’ll just see one of us walking by with a stack of files or a laptop. We have been in this tower for a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us. It’s a good place to be, right in the middle of things, and it keeps us on our toes. We just focus on the food side of the business and try to keep things running as smoothly as a busy office can.
