Chahat Women Welfare Foundation

We are based over at D 57 in Ma Karni Nagar, which is right in the Panchyawala area of Jaipur. The foundation is mostly focused on the people living around this part of the city. We have a small space here where we meet up and talk about what needs to be done next. It is nothing too formal or fancy. Usually, there are just a few of us sitting around a table discussing our daily steps. We deal with whatever situations come through our door on any given day. Some days it might just be helping a neighbor with a form or just listening to them talk. Jaipur can be a pretty tough place for some people so we just try to do what is possible. We do not have a big corporate office or a bunch of managers. It is more of a community spot where people feel okay coming in. We know our neighbors and they know exactly where to find us. It is simple work and we just want to see things get a little bit better for everyone in this neighborhood. Panchyawala is a fairly quiet area for the most part and we like it that way because it lets us focus. We do not have big logos or anything like that. It is just our team working away at this address in Ma Karni Nagar every single day.
