It’s a residential neighborhood, which gives our consulting work a much more personal feel than if we were in a big office park. We operate out of a building that fits right in with the rest of the street. Inside, it’s pretty simple—just a lot of books, some sturdy desks, and a couple of computers that have seen better days but still work hard. Jaipur can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of our time making sure the coolers are running and there’s plenty of cold water for everyone. We don't have a big marketing plan or a bunch of slogans. People in the area know us by word of mouth mostly. We handle the consulting side of things by just sitting down and looking at the facts. It’s not about being flashy or sounding corporate; it’s about being practical and helping out where we can. The pace in Vidhyadharnagar is a bit slower than the main city center, and we prefer it that way. It gives us time to actually think about the work we’re doing without all the noise and distractions of the busy markets. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and talk about how the city is changing, but mostly we just focus on getting our tasks done properly.
