Cake N Dessert Online Private Limited is based out of VP Sehi Kalan along the Surajgarh Road. We work from a place associated with Suresh Bhuker. Since we are an online-focused business, you won't find a big storefront with glass windows and a neon sign. Instead, it is more of a production hub where the baking and the organizing happen. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens to see what people have ordered and then jumping into the kitchen area to get things started. The Surajgarh Road area is a bit removed from the big city rush, which gives us the quiet we need to focus on the desserts. It’s often hot in the kitchen, and there is always flour on someone’s apron. We don't have a corporate hierarchy; we just have people who know how to bake and people who know how to get the boxes to the delivery drivers. The Sehi Kalan location is where everything happens, from mixing the batter to sealing the boxes. We have a few ovens that run for most of the day, and the smell of sugar usually hangs around the street. It is a very simple, practical way of doing things. We don't worry about being the biggest or having the best office furniture. We just care about the orders being correct and the cakes being ready before the transport arrives. It is just us and our tools in a small village spot.
