Brijesh Kumar

My name is Brijesh Kumar and my place is located at number 7 in the Chandni Chowk area of Jhotwara. It’s a lively neighborhood, and being at number 7 means I’m right in the thick of the local activity. The space I work in is quite modest, just a single room with enough space for my desk and a few chairs for guests. I’ve been in Jhotwara for quite some time, so I’m used to the sounds of the market and the people passing by my door. My office isn't anything fancy; it’s got plain walls and a simple ceiling fan that hums throughout the day. I keep my files in a metal cupboard that’s a bit tricky to lock sometimes. I usually spend my mornings catching up on paperwork before anyone comes by. The street outside can be quite narrow, so it’s mostly foot traffic and the occasional scooter. I like the fact that I’m easy to find and that I can step outside and talk to the other shopkeepers whenever I need a break. It’s a very grounded way to work, without any of the stress of a big corporate office. I handle everything myself, from answering the phone to filing the documents.
