Bright Bakers India Private Limited

Our bakery is situated on the ground floor of B-18 in Panchsheel Colony, just off Ajmer Road here in Jaipur. It’s a convenient spot because we are right at the street level, so people can just walk in when they’re passing by. We start work pretty early in the morning when most of the city is still asleep because that’s when the ovens need to be fired up. By the time the sun is up, the whole place smells like flour and yeast. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy bags of flour and standing on our feet all day. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the shop. We mostly focus on making sure the bread and biscuits come out right. Sometimes a batch gets a bit too brown, or the dough doesn't rise the way we expected, but that's just part of the baking process. We have a few regular customers from the colony who stop by every morning for their usual items. It’s nice to see the same faces. The traffic on Ajmer Road can be loud, but inside we just focus on the timers and the cooling racks. We are just a local team trying to keep the shelves stocked and people getting what they came for. It’s a simple life, mostly involving a lot of cleaning and baking through the week. We keep the doors open as long as there is still something left on the racks to sell.
