Binani Cement Ltd.

This is the Binani Cement Ltd site out in Village Sirohi. We are located in the Neem Ka Thana tehsil, which is part of Sikar district. It is a long way from the big city lights. Out here, things move at a bit of a slower pace until the trucks start rolling in. The landscape is mostly rocky and dry, but that is where the cement business happens. Our office is right there on the site, and you can always hear the machinery humming in the distance. Most of us live nearby or in the neighboring towns. We spend the day monitoring the production or talking to the laborers about the daily targets. It’s dusty, and the sun can be really harsh in this part of Rajasthan. We have some basic rooms for the staff and a small yard for the vehicles. The roads around Sirohi aren't always great, especially when it rains, but we get by. We don't have fancy meeting rooms or anything like that. Usually, we just meet around a wooden table with some chai. Working in a village means you know almost everyone who walks through the gates. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the supply line. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the bags loaded on time. It is a practical life out here in Sikar.
