Bhavya Homes

Bhavya Homes is located right here in Bani Park, over at G 40. We spend most of our days dealing with bricks, cement, and the local labor crews who help us get things built. It is a busy office usually, with people coming in to talk about floor plans or just checking on how their project is moving along. Being in this part of town for a while now means we know the streets and the way things work around here. We don't have a big corporate setup or fancy receptionists. It’s mostly just us looking at site photos and trying to make sure the materials show up when the truck says they will. Sometimes the weather gets in the way or a delivery is late, but that is just how the construction business goes in Jaipur. We handle the paperwork, talk to the contractors, and try to keep the sites organized. It is hard work and quite dusty most of the time. People know us for being around the neighborhood and having the doors open during regular hours. We focus on the actual building part rather than talking about big ideas. Whether it is a small repair job or a larger project, we just take it day by day. The office at Bani Park is where we sort through the bills and meet with vendors. It’s a simple operation run by people who live nearby and understand the local area.
