Down in Tripoliya Bazar, at Kishore Niwas 31, you will find Bhatia Scientific Co. The bazar is always crowded and full of life, which we like. It is an old part of town and our building has that same old-school feel to it. We have been here long enough that the walls seem to have their own stories. We do not have a modern, glass-fronted shop. It is more of a traditional space where we keep our supplies and equipment. People come to us because they know we have been around. We are not interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to be reliable. The day usually starts with us opening the shutters and letting the light in. There is a lot of dust in the bazar, so cleaning is a constant job. We deal with scientific items, so everything has its place. It is a lot of counting and checking boxes. We do not have a marketing team or a social media page. We just have our name on the door at number 31. If you need something, you come and ask. Most of our regulars are like friends now. We talk about the weather or the local news while we work. Bhatia Scientific Co is just a steady business in a busy market. We do what we do and we do not try to make it sound more complicated than it is.
